Huntington appoints interim police chief

After the death of Police Chief Joe Ciccarelli, Capt. Hank Dial has been appointed interim Huntington police chief. Capt. Dial is a 26-year veteran of the police department. Ciccarelli passed away Monday night after a battle with cancer.
