Husband Accused of Using Missing Wife’s Debit Card
A Charleston man has been charged after using his missing wife’s debit card. Arthur Woods’ wife Starina was last seen in March 2016, and Wood told investigators in June of that year that he hadn’t used the debit card and thought she took it with her. Arthur tied to the card, and the bank eventually froze the account after a negative balance. Police say Starina’s disappearance is suspicious and they’re continuing to investigate.
