Impaired Drivers

The tide is turning as more impaired drivers on the road are on drugs, not alcohol. Because of that changing trend, West Virginia is one of five states that will be getting grant money to help officers identify and test drugged drivers. Right now, less than three dozen officers in the state have special training to identify drivers on drugs.
