Impeachment Hearings Resume Thursday

Impeachment hearings regarding West Virginia Supreme Court Justices are on hold until later this week. Last week, former court information technology director Scott Harvey took the witness stand for over three hours and testified that state computers were set up in the home of now suspended Justice Allen Loughry. Harvey also testified Justice Menis Ketchum threatened to fire him twice because State Treasurer John Perdue objected to a contract and wouldn’t sign it. The Impeachment hearings will resume this Thursday.
