Increased police presence at Nitro High School

There will be an increased police presence at Nitro High School this morning after a threat on social media. The source of the threat has been identified, and officers are speaking with the student’s family. Classes will run on a normal schedule, and Kanawha County Schools says they have taken precautions to make sure students are safe.
