Jan Vineyard

The president of the West Virginia Oil Marketers and Grocers Association has passed away. Jan Vineyard was a graduate of Marshall University and before becoming the president of OMEGA, she was the executive director during the 1996 merger of the Petroleum Marketers Association and Association of Convenience Stores.
