Jim’s Promise

A new state project is kicking off and expected to create nearly 50-thousand jobs. Governor Justice rolled out his “Jim’s Promise” project last week, and said 500 new jobs will go on the books in just a few week to begin with. “Jim’s Promise” will fix roadways and Justice said each dollar spent on the work will bring in ten-dollars of economic impact. Close to 400-million-dollars in roadwork is expected to start-up with the program in the first few months.
