Before John Orem’s name could even appear on the ballot for sheriff of Berkeley County, it will appear on the docket at Berkeley County Magistrate Court. Omen was arraigned yesterday on charges of heroin possession. The GOP candidate won his party’s nomination in the May primary with 21-percent of the vote.
