Justice appoints Drennan

West Virginia Republican Gov. Jim Justice has appointed Mark A. Drennan of Teays Valley to fill the state Senate seat in District 4. The seat became vacant last month when Sen. Mike Hall was appointed Justice’s chief of staff. Drennan has been executive director of the West Virginia Behavioral Health Care Providers Association since 2011. He was previously chief strategy officer for the Children’s Home Society.
