Justice family company pays fees

Governor Jim Justice’s family companies have agreed to a discounted settlement and paid their fees to the West Virginia Public Service Commission. The settlement includes tonnage fees for the state Division of Highways’ road Fund. Justice’s companies paid over 175-thousand-dollars in fees, over 30-thousand-dollars less than they were originallly charged.
