Justice says Kentucky debts will be paid

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice says the millions of dollars his companies owe in Kentucky will be paid, but he didn’t say when. Justice announced earlier this week that the coal companies linked to his family had paid all the delinquent taxes in West Virginia. Records show the companies still owe 2-and-a-half-million-dollars in at least five Kentucky counties.
