Billionaire Jim Justice has defeated State Senate President Bill Cole to replace Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, who has termed-out of office. Democrat Justice is the owner of The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs among other business ventures. “Forbes” estimates Justice’s wealth at one-point-six-billion-dollars.
