Kanawha County deputy ok after crash

A Kanawha County deputy is recovering after his cruiser was damaged in a crash. Witnesses say a pick-up ran a red light and hit the front end of the cruiser at Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Street early Wednesday morning. The deputy was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but wasn’t hurt. The accident is under investigation.
