Kanawha County emergency officals planning a “tabletop drill”

Kanawha County emergency officials are planning a “tabletop drill” in preparation for Hurricane Florence. Emergency agencies will meet tomorrow afternoon to prepare for upcoming weather that could bring heavy rain and wind to the Kanawha Valley.
