Kanawha Valley doctor facing federal indictment
A Kanawha Valley Doctor is facing a 15-count federal indictment. Dr. Muhammed Samer Nasher-Alneam is accused in the deaths of two patients by selling the drugs outside the bounds of his medical practice, and the trying to conceal the money he received for his illegal drug business. The indictment accuses Nasher of selling hydrocodone, oxycodone and methadone from his Neurology and Pain Center. He tried to hide the drug money, about 290-thousand-dollars, in a financial institution in Turkey.
