Kentucky boy’s death ruled accidental

The Christmas day drowning of a Kentucky boy is being considered accidental. Seven-year-old Paul Bowen fell into the Tug Fork River Christmas Day. The Martin County Sheriff says they found footprints leading to the river, and the boy fell in and drowned.
