Kentucky man arrested for shooting his brother

Kentucky State Police arrested a man for shooting his brother in Pike County. Forty-three-year-old David Adkins is charged with assault for shooting his brother, Kevin Adkins, around noon yesterday. The victim is recovering at a local hospital.
