Kentucky woman charged in death of baby found in a trash bag

A Kentucky woman is under arrest for the death of a baby found in a trash bag. Twenty-one-year-old Amber Bowling is charged with murder. A neighbor saw the bag and called police. The baby had been outside for hours.
