Kickbacks

Bruce Kenney the Third is admitting that he took part in a scheme to get kickbacks for highway contracts. The former West Virginia Division of Highway official could go to prison for up to 25 years. The 60-year-old Kenney admitted to rerouting jobs to a South Carolina firm and received a kickback of almost 200-thousand dollars over a six-year period.
