Laidley Tower has a new owner

A Seattle based company is the new owner of the 18-story Laidley Tower in downtown Charleston. Bridge-33 Capital was the winning bidder. City officials are looking forward to seeing the new owner’s plans for the building. The landmark building is less than 75-percent occupied.
