Landlord fails to make loan payments

A landlord is under investigation for failing to make one-and-a-half million dollars in loan payments to the West Virginia Water Development Authority. The office building houses Ticketmaster in the Northgate Business Park. Corotoman, Incorporated has collected rent from Ticketmaster, but failed to make nearly eighty payments on a loan from the West Virginia Water Development Authority.
