Legislature passes state budget bill

The West Virginia House and Senate passed a state budget bill on the final day of the legislative session. They passed a nearly 4.4 billion dollar budget. It’s the first time a budget has been completed with the 60 day session in over 30 years. The bill now goes to Governor Justice’s desk.
