Liquor License Suspended After West Side Shooting

A shooting Friday at a West Side bar is leading to the suspension of the bar’s liquor license. The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration suspended The Heart and Seoul Bar and Grill’s liquor license for at least 20 days. Friday’s incident was the fifth shooting near the bar since February. The 27-year old man shot Friday suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police are still investigating, and the suspension could be lengthened depending on the outcome.
