Loaded Gun Confiscated at the Airport

A loaded gun is discovered at a TSA checkpoint at Yeager Airport. The .38 caliber handgun was found in a Putnam County man’s carry on bag as he was passing through the airport checkpoint, according to a news release from the TSA. The man said he forgot that he had the gun in his bag. Yeager Airport Police confiscated the gun, and there was no interruption in the airport’s operations. The man is from the Hurricane.
