Logan County Man Crashes Into a Bank

Logan police are investigating after a man crashed a tractor trailer into Logan Bank and Trust in the plaza. 54-year old Ricky Carper was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after crashing the tractor trailer and then driving behind the Walmart store to hide. There was major damage to the bank’s drive through, according to police. Carper was charged with DUI, reckless driving, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident.
