Major improvements coming to Cacapon Resort State Park

Governor Justice made an appearance Friday morning for the ground breaking ceremony for major improvements at Cacapon Resort State Park. The 25-million-dollar project will include the addition of nearly 80 guest rooms, a spa, and indoor pool. Construction should be complete by 2020.
