Man accused of sexually abusing girl over sevearl years

A Ripley man is accused of inappropriately touching a juvenile over several years. Sixty-year-old Kenneth Asbury is charged with three counts of sexual abuse and one count of third-degree sexual assault. Asbury attempted to touch the girl on at least three separate occasions over two or three years. It started when the girl was eight or nine years old.
