Man and elderly theft

A Huntington man is behind bars and accused of stealing from an elderly neighbor. WSAZ reports Shawn Rackley allegedly started taking things from the neighbor in 2015, including a computer and TVs but it didn’t stop there. They say he also told the 81-year-old he could him his things back if he gave him 125-dollars. Rackley never returned the stolen items and then allegedly demanded money from him.
