Man arrested for firing shots on WVU campus

A Charleston man is under arrest in connection to shots fired earlier this month at WVU. Shots were fired on North High Street, but when police arrived no one was found on scene. Police found several shell casings, and witnesses said a group of men were arguing when on of them fired into the air. Twenty-one-year-old Shaiheed Moore is in custody. He’s charged with felony wanton endangerment.
