Man charged with child neglect

Police found drugs, dirty needles, a handgun, and children’s toys in a bedroom in a Charleston home. Detectives found what they suspect is heroin, used needles, and meth in the residence. Thirty-three-year-old Chris Seabolt is charged with child neglect creating the risk of injury.
