Man charged with making threats against WVU

A man is accused of making threats against West Virginia University while he was in the hospital. Fifty-year-old Clarence Wright threatened to commit a mass shooting on campus. Police arrested him when he was released from Fairmont General Hospital. Wright is charged with making terroristic threats.
