Man killed in officer-involved shooting

A man is dead after an officer-involved shooting on the West Side. It happened Friday afternoon at the Orchard Manor housing development. Twenty-five-year-old Andrew Moore held a knife to his fiancé’s throat and threatened to kill her. Moore refused to the lower the knife and officers shot and killed him. The woman wasn’t hurt in the incident.
