Man Killed in Train Accident is Identified

Police in South Charleston identify the man killed in a train accident this week, as 46-year old Donald Leon Morgan. He was walking on the tracks Wednesday morning at the CSX railroad tracks near Rock Lake Drive and Kanawha Turnpike, and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police warn about the dangers of walking on the tracks, especially while wearing headphones. The investigation into Morgan’s death continues.
