Man OD’s with toddler in the backseat

A Huntington man is facing charges after police found him passed out from an overdose in a hot car with his 18-month-old son in the back seat. Thirty-four-year-old Michael Rose is charged with child neglect and drugs and weapons charges. Paramedics say the toddler had a temperature of 100 degrees. He was taken to the hospital and placed in child protective custody.
