Man pleads guilty to selling drugs near WVSU campus
A Detroit man has pleaded guilty to federal drug trafficking and gun crimes. Twenty-two-year-old Kyle Russell pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine. Agents arranged a drug deal at a parking lot just off the West Virginia State University Campus last August. Russell was arrested and had a loaded 9mm handgun in a backpack, and over 37-hundred-dollars in cash.
