Man shot in domestic situation in Milton
A man is recovering this morning after being shot over the weekend in Milton. Cabell County deputies say Dylan Hickey was at the home on Meadow Lane to see Carl Kinder’s daughter when Kinder shot Hickey in the arm. Police say the shooting appears to be domestic in nature. Hickey was treated for non-life threatening injuries Kinder has been charged in the shooting.
