Man shot while lawn mowing

A Wheelersburg man is facing charges after shooting his neighbor following an argument about mowing grass. Seventy-six-year-old Colin Knappenberger is charged with assault for shooting his neighbor in the leg. The two got into an argument when Knappenberger thought some rocks went into his yard. The victim was treated and released from the hospital.
