Senator Joe Manchin says he spent the last couple of days with Hillary Clinton, trying to convince her she should not follow the same energy path as President Obama. The Democratic front runner said she would not “over promise” too much to coalfield communities. Manchin said he would speak out against his party’s likely presidential nominee if she followed the same Clean Power Plan as the president.
