Manchin on Merrick Garland

Senator Joe Manchin says he is still on the fence whether he will vote for or against the confirmation of President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland. The West Virginia senator met with Garland on Tuesday, and told the nominee he has some concerns about his views on gun control and abortion, and on his stance on the EPA and the coal industry. Garland and Manchin met for about an hour.
