Marshall Grad will Oversee Hiring

A Marshall University graduate will oversee the hiring of state employees. Sheryl Webb has been appointed to serve as director of the West Virginia Division of Personnel after previously serving as Deputy Secretary of State and Chief of Staff for the Secretary of State. Webb is a graduate of Marshall University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications.
