Marshall Starts Bowl Season on a High Note

The Thundering Herd helped kick off bowl season Saturday and they did it with a win to finish the season at 8 and 5. Colorado State came back from a 17-point deficit, but Marshall made one last stop to win the New Mexico Bowl 31-28. The Herd is 5-0 in bowl games under coach Doc Holliday. The West Virginia Mountaineers play in the Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl on December 26th, and senior running back Justin Crawford has decided not to participate in order to focus on his preparation for the 2018 NFL Draft.
