Medical marijuana board working on a plan

West Virginia’s Medical Cannabis Advisory Board meets again today as the state moves towards legalizing the use of marijuana for medical reasons. The program was approved over the summer, and the board is working to put a plan in place. The meeting is this afternoon on the WVU campus.
