Middle School Teacher’s Trial is Delayed

A trial has been pushed back for a former Miss Kentucky, and Kanawha County middle school teacher accused of sending nude pictures to a 15-year-old boy. The preliminary hearing for Ramsey Bearse originally scheduled for Monday was moved to Jan. 29. The move was made at the request of the attorney for Bearse, who has been suspended from her teaching position at Andrew Jackson Middle School and is free on bond. Authorities said Bearse sent pictures to a former student on the social media app Snapchat.
