Miller wants Seat
The Majority Whip in the House of Delegates wants to head to Washington. Carol Miller last week, announced her intentions to run for the 3rd District Congressional seat. She is hoping to fill the congressional seat of fellow Republican Evan Jenkins who is seeking the U. S. Senate.
