Mingo County Man Charged for Harrassing a Child

A Mingo County man is facing charges after state police said he harrassed a child by “wolf whistling” while the child walked up and down the street. The Williamson Daily News says 49-year old Mike Robinette of Delbarton is accused of staring at the child for long periods of time and attempted to entice the child inside to play video games, and at one point made animal noises and chased the child down the street. The incidents happened between January 1 and March 9, according to the criminal complaint.
