More than 1,200 speeding tickets in the construction zone

Police have written more than 12-hundred speeding tickets in just the last week in the I-64 construction zone in Putnam County. After three fatal accidents last month the Department of Transportation reduced the speed limit to 55 mile-per-hour and increased patrols in the construction zone.
