Mother & boyfriend accused of killing 2-year-old

A mother and her boyfriend are under arrest for the death of a two-year-old boy. Forty-six-year-old John Powers is charged with second degree murder, and the boy’s mother, 31-year-old Candice Jones is charged with death of a child by a parent or guardian, because she didn’t try to stop Powers from hurting her son.
