Motorcycle Helmets

If you ride a motorcycle, do not pack that helmet away just yet. Yesterday, the state Senate defeated a bill that would have done away with the motorcycle helmet law in the state. After several debates over the issue of public safety and individual rights, Senate Bill 549 failed by just a handful of votes.
