National Council on the Arts will meet in WV

The National Council on the Arts will meet in Charleston this week. State leaders say the new West Virginia Department of the Arts is what attracted the council to the state. It’s the first time The National Council on the Arts has held a regular meeting outside of Washington D.C. in over 25 years.
