Natural Gas Storage

Senator Capito and Manchin are hoping to pass legislation that would help bring a natural gas storage facility to the Appalachian region. The Capitalizing American Storage Potential Act would allow the facility to qualify for special financing. A recent report from the American Chemistry Council showed that having the facility build could mean more than 100-thousand new jobs in the region of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia over the next eight years.
